The FIRE Training Institute exists because information is not formation. The world has too many Christians who know the right answers but have never been shaped by the right hands. We are committed to producing leaders whose character matches their calling, whose theology shapes their lives, and whose lives bear fruit in the world.
Through three integrated schools, we offer formation for every season — from the new believer who wants to grow in their everyday faith, to the called minister preparing for pastoral leadership, to the lifelong learner pursuing deep theological roots.
Our pedagogy is practical, our community is honest, and our standards are high. We are not building a Bible school. We are forming sons and daughters who will change cities.
