Visionaries · Shepherds · Spiritual parents to the FIRE family
Pastor Denis and Arit first met in Charlotte, North Carolina — a meeting that would shape the trajectory of a movement. Now married for eighteen years, they pastor FIRE Cameroon together with a shared conviction that every believer is called to ministry, and every life is worth building.
Pastor Denis carries the apostolic heart of the house — a relentless burden to raise leaders who carry the gospel into every sphere of society. Arit serves as the Founder and Director of FIRE Foundation (firefdn.org), the registered charity through which FIRE Missions reaches forgotten villages, vulnerable mothers, and the next generation of children across Cameroon.

As Resident Pastor, Fred carries the day-to-day shepherding of the FIRE Church family. Together with Helyette, he co-leads the Care, Prayer & Operations cluster — making sure no one walks alone and the house functions in excellence.

Franck and Elisiane carry the heart of the next generation. They lead FIRE's youth and young adult ministries with a passion for raising bold, Christ-shaped young men and women who refuse to settle for anything less than the call of God.
FIREPROOF · Marriages · Families
Innocent and Linda lead FIREPROOF — FIRE's marriage and family ministry. With years of pastoral experience and a tested marriage of their own, they equip couples to build homes that cannot be shaken.
Family Ministry · Discipleship
Justin and Juliet pastor FIRE's Family Ministry, walking with parents and homes through every season. Their warmth and steady presence have made them spiritual mom and dad to many in the FIRE family.
FIRE's 31 ministries are organized under five pastoral clusters. Each cluster is led by a pastor who shepherds the leaders within it — building strength, alignment, and care from the ground up.
Oversees worship, media, production, and the creative ministries that carry the sound and image of the house.
Co-leads with Pastor Fred — pastoral care, intercession, and the operational backbone that keeps the church serving well.
Shepherds FIRE's family-focused ministries — kids, parenting, marriages, and the home as the first place of discipleship.
Leads the equipping arm — discipleship, leadership pipelines, and the schools that raise the next generation of FIRE leaders.
