Whether you're new to faith or ready to lead, FIRE has a clear pathway to help you grow in Christ, find your community, and step into your calling.
From the moment you say yes to Jesus, there's a clear path to follow. Each step is grounded in Scripture and walked alongside the family of FIRE.
The foundation of following Christ begins with belief in Him as the Son of God, who died for our sins and rose again.
"Whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." — John 3:16 · Romans 10:9
After believing in Christ, baptism symbolizes the believer's identification with Jesus in His death, burial, and resurrection — a public declaration of a new life.
"…baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit." — Matthew 28:19 · Romans 6:4
Believers are called to become active members of the local church — connecting to the body of Christ for spiritual growth, accountability, and unity.
"Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it." — 1 Corinthians 12:27 · Hebrews 10:24–25
Engage with believers in smaller community groups for mutual encouragement and learning. Through one-on-one mentorship, grow with intentional teaching from a mature Christian.
"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship…" — Acts 2:42 · 2 Timothy 2:2
Serving in the body of Christ means using the gifts and talents God has given you to help build up the church and meet the needs of others — every member a minister.
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others…" — 1 Peter 4:10
As followers of Christ, we are called to share the Good News, bear witness of our faith, make disciples, and spread the message of salvation.
"You will be my witnesses…to the ends of the earth." — Acts 1:8 · Matthew 28:19–20
At FIRE Church, every believer follows a discipleship pathway. You do not remain where you begin. You are called to grow, to serve, and to multiply. This is not a program — it is a pipeline.
Your first encounter with FIRE. Sunday services, our Welcome Team, and the Guest Connection Card are designed to make sure you're seen, served, and warmly welcomed home.
A one-day orientation and Pastor's dinner — your introduction to our vision, culture, beliefs, and the steps ahead. You're not joining an organization. You're becoming part of a family.
Build strong spiritual foundations, understand your identity in Christ, and develop a life centered on God, His Word, and His purpose. The basics of Christianity, lived out daily — prayer, Bible reading, fasting, giving.
Move from spiritual infancy to maturity. Discover your spiritual gifts and calling, find your place in the Body of Christ, and begin living a life of purpose and service.
Life-on-life discipleship in small relational circles of 4–8 people. Mentor-led, weekly or biweekly, lasting 6–12 months before multiplying. The focus: prayer, Bible, accountability, service, reproduction.
Leadership is influence, and every believer is called to lead. Build character and spiritual authority, communication and influence, the ability to lead teams, mentor others, and impact ministry, business, family, and society.
You don't stop at being discipled — you become a disciplemaker. Zone Coach, Growth Group Leader, planting disciples and reproducing the Kingdom in others. This is the goal.
Four expressions of community at FIRE — each designed to keep us intimate, connected, and growing together as the church grows.
A small-group initiative based on the biblical model of the 12 tribes of Israel. Tribes foster stronger relationships, build servant leadership, and ensure every member participates actively in the life and mission of the church. Tribes care for community life and welfare.
Cross-generational groups meeting on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month in homes throughout the city. A place for shared meals, shared prayer, and shared lives across every season and stage.
A life and leadership growth journey. Small groups led by mature leaders that meet for one to three months at a time. The goal is simple: raise disciples.
